Store credit must be used within 30 days of receiving the Exchange authorization number. Customer pays shipping of the exchanged item back to their location. If it is your first time ordering from us, and we do know that mistakes happen, it will be shipped back to you for free for small items and at a discounted rate for heavier items such as skirts and abayas.
